Cheese and black currant brownies

Brownies
- 70g of frozen black currants
- 360g of 75% black chocolate pastilles
- 370g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ pound of butter
- 300g all use flour
- A pinch of salt
Cheese cake
- 750g of cream cheese
- 115g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 185ml of black currant jam
Étapes :
Brownies
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
- Beat the butter into cream, add the sugar, the eggs, the flour and the salt
- Fold in the melted chocolate and mix until smooth
- Pour into a greased and lightly floured mould
- Sprinkle with the frozen black currant berries
Cheese cake
- Mix the cheese, the sugar and the eggs
- Pour over the brownie mix
- On the surface, draw stripes with the black currant jam and use a knife the create a marbled effect
- Cook at 350°F for about 35 minutes (or until surface is golden brown)
- Serve with ice cream and black currant sirup
