The Island Beauty
• 45 ml (1.5 oz) Vodka Monna & filles
• 45 ml ( 1.5 oz) Blackcurrant Syrup
• 25 ml ( 0.75 oz) Crème de Cassis
• 15 ml ( 0.5 oz) lemon juice
• 120 ml ( 4 oz) soda
• Frozen blackcurrants
• Ice cubes
Étapes :
In a shaker, place a few frozen blackcurrants and crush using a pestle.
Add ice cubes, Vodka Monna & filles, blackcurrant Syrup, lemon juice and Crème de Cassis.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer and a sieve.
Top up with soda.
Garnish with the blackcurrants.
