Maderized and fortified, this is a port-style wine that is served as an after-dinner drink and is amazing along side refined cheeses. It has a deep chocolate color with elegant ebony hues. The nose is packed with dark jammy fruits, plum and a touch of roasted vanilla bean. On the palate, Le Capiteux is rich and unctuous with a generous amount of sugar and texture.
Once it is opened, it can keep for several years.
