Perroquet Cassis
Preparation :
- 1 oz of Crème de Cassis
- Ice
- Fresh mint
- Soda
- 1/2 oz of pastis
Étapes :
- Fill the bottom of the glass with Crème de Cassis and stack ice cubes to the top.
- Add the soda by pouring it along the side of the glass.
- Slowly add the pastis.
- Decorate with mint.
