Grilled nuts & dried black currants

Yield : 8 portions
- 7ml of cari powder
- 7ml of white sugar
- 2ml of salt
- 1ml of Cayenne pepper
- 40ml of olive oil
- 400ml of whole almonds
- 400ml of blanched cashew nuts
- 100ml of dried black currants
Étapes :
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a big bowl, mix the spices and the oil
- Fold in the nuts and continue mixing to completely coat them with the seasoning
- Cover a baking tray with parchemin paper and spread the nuts in one even layer
- Roast in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden
- Take out of the oven and mix in the dried black currant berries
- Check seasoning and serve warm
