It has a brilliant red color with tones of purple and violet. On the nose, it is full of red berry fruit with a touch of pepper. The fruit is quite ripe and sweet, but is counterbalanced by the acidity and alcohol. Velvety and lush, La Crème de cassis has a long finish.
Once it is opened, it can be stored in the refrigerator. Keep away from light and heat sources, for over a year.
